Production Batch Complete Trigger
Triggered when production marks a batch as complete in the system. Pulls batch ID, product SKU, quantity, and customer PO.
Webhook from production system or scheduled check on production_batches table

Generate QA Checklist by Product Type
Different products need different checks. Grinding cups need balance test + segment count. Blades need tension + flatness. Auto-select correct checklist template.
Lookup product_type from SKU, load corresponding QA template from templates table

Perform and Record Inspections
QA inspector completes each checkpoint on mobile device. Measurements are recorded, photos taken for visual defects. Batch sampling rules applied for large orders.
Mobile form with camera integration, sampling rate = sqrt(batch_size) minimum 3 units

Generate QA Certificate
If all checks pass, auto-generate QA certificate PDF with inspection data, photos, inspector signature, and batch traceability code.

Clear for Shipping or Route to Rework
Passed batches get shipping clearance notification sent to warehouse. Failed batches get rework ticket created with specific failure details.
